3. Clove & Chamomile Tea (For Relaxation)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tbsp dried chamomile)
  • Honey to taste

Instructions:
Boil water with cloves, remove from heat, add chamomile, and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and sip before bedtime for deep relaxation.


4. Clove Tea with Anise & Fennel (For Digestion)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 tsp anise seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • Honey to taste

Instructions:
Boil all ingredients for 5 minutes, cover, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink after meals to aid digestion.
