1/2 green apple, chopped
1 cup cold water or coconut water

Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the pineapple, cucumber, lemon, ginger, and apple into smaller pieces for easier blending. Wash the spinach and parsley thoroughly.
Blend the Ingredients:
Add the pineapple, cucumber, spinach, lemon, ginger, parsley, and apple into a blender. Pour in the cold water or coconut water. Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink.
