Instructions
- Roughly chop the parsley and celery.
- Add them to a blender with water.
- Blend until smooth (30–60 seconds).
- Strain through a fine sieve or drink as-is if you like fiber.
- Stir in fresh lime juice.
- Serve immediately, cold.
How to Enjoy
- Drink fresh, preferably in the morning
- Best consumed right after blending
- Can be enjoyed 2–3 times per week
