Preparation: 2. Spread the beef mixture onto baking paper, forming a rectangle. 4. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolk and mayonnaise; spread over the beef. 5. Add the onion, bell pepper, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. 6. Carefully roll up the beef and seal the edges with the meat mixture. 7. Wrap with strips of bacon. 8. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 60 minutes. 9. Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients. 10. Remove the roll from the oven, cover it with the sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered. 11. Serve with a fresh salad and a drizzle of flaxseed oil or soy sauce.
1. In a bowl, mix the ground  meat with the  egg , salt, and pepper.

3. Sprinkle the  breadcrumbs on top.
