Instructions:

Take 5-7 cloves and rinse them gently.

Boil the water and add the cloves.

Let it simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.

Turn off the heat, cover it, and let it steep for another 10 minutes.

Strain and  drink warm — preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
